Randi Crawford, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of experience in clinical mental health. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults with behavior issues, mental health conditions such as: ADHD, ADD, anxiety, depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, personality disorders, and substance abuse disorder. I utilize an eclectic therapy approach. Counseling modalities such as: child-play therapy, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy and DBT are my main selections. Clients often tell me that I am relatable, warm and caring. I am a mother of two boys (12yr old and 5yr old). I enjoy attending church, exercising with friends, self care days and helping others.
Ebonee Sanders, ALC

Since entering the counseling field in 2021, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of clinical settings. My experience includes supporting children with autism and developmental needs, individuals living with serious mental health conditions, and women facing substance use challenges during pregnancy. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services with a concentration in Addiction from Alabama State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Alabama. My current focus is working with children and adolescents, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, and school-related challenges.
Kailand O’Briene Smith, MSW
Social worker
Kailand O’Briene Smith, MSW is a social worker with experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in hospital and community‑based settings. He specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and related emotional challenges. Kailand holds a Master of Social Work from Walden University and a bachelor’s degree from Grambling State University. He is passionate about advocacy, trauma‑informed care, and supporting underserved populations through compassionate, collaborative practice.
Latorya Hoawthrone, ALC, Ed.S

Latorya Hawthorne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and Master’s degree in School Counseling from Alabama State University, as well as an Education Specialist degree from Troy University Montgomery. She provides counseling services for children and adolescents ages 6–18, specializing in anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, self-esteem, social challenges, family issues, and life transitions. Using a play-based, client-centered approach, Latorya creates a supportive environment where young clients can build coping skills, strengthen communication, increase emotional awareness, and develop confidence to successfully navigate life’s challenges.
